PCR Laboratory Facilities
Hammond Building PCR Laboratory facilities houses a suite of PCR equipment available for use by experienced PCR users, the PCR laboratory has the following equipment available for booking and use;
- ABI 7500 FAST qPCR*
- ABI Thermocycler*
- Agilent Tapestation 2000*
- BioRAd QX200 ddPCR Droplet Generator*
- BioRAd QX200 ddPCR Droplet Reader*
- ND1000 nanodrop*
- PCR Hood*
Particle Sizing
The following particle sizing equipment is available for use;
- NanoSight NS500
